A: Delivery between Anchorage and Tacoma typically takes 6 to 11 days. For destinations beyond those cities, transit may take 2 to 5 weeks. Actual timing depends on your pickup and delivery locations, as well as seasonal and other factors. Feel free to contact our support team to discuss your specific needs.
Q: What do I need to know to prepare my vehicle for shipment?
A: Make sure the vehicle has less than 1/4 tank of gas and that the exterior is clean so we can conduct a thorough inspection. Your vehicle will travel by water for part of its journey, and Federal Maritime regulations require that there be no more than 1/4 tank of fuel in the vehicle. Refer to our How to Prepare Your Vehicle document for more information.
If you have questions, please reach out to our support staff, as requirements may vary based on the shipping service.
Q: Can I ship personal effects (PE) in my vehicle?
A: Yes, you can ship personal effects in the vehicle. Doing so will incur an additional fee, which will be quoted to you before shipping.
