Have used them a few times for shipping vehicles between Anchorage and Tacoma. They are always friendly and patient when dealing with someone like myself who always ends [up] calling multiple times. I believe the lady's name was Daniella who had to deal with me the last time where I called at least 6 times. She was great and never sounded put out from my repeated calls.
